Our filtration engineers will be glad to work with you to design a vessel to fit your particular application's pressure and flow requirements.  They have vast experience in meeting customer's special needs and they can put that expertise to work for you. Custom Stainless Steel Welding

Hilliard has a long history of excellence in welding. Our welders and welding procedures are qualified to Section IX of the ASME Code.

Stainless welding is done in a separate area to isolate from carbon steel welding contamination. We can work with 304, 304L, 316, and 316L materials from 1/16" to 8" thick. We have stainless steel designs for filters and transfer valves for lube oil, liquid fuel, fuel gas, water, and industrial processing requirements including tanks for water and oil manufactured per ASME Section VIII, Div. 1. FDA approved food grade equipment and polishing is also available. Cleaning methods available include shot blast, passivation, and steam clean.
